At Altin Jewelry, each piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before delivery. As our jewelry is made from precious materials and often customized, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. No Returns After Purchase
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns once the jewelry has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
This policy applies to:
- All ready-to-wear jewelry
- Customized or made-to-order pieces
- Personalized items
2. Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes adjustments may be needed.
Exchanges may be permitted under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging and certificates must be returned
- Exchange is subject to approval by Altin Jewelry
- Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer
- Exchange is allowed one time only
Customized or personalized jewelry may not be eligible for exchange.
3. Refund Policy (Damage on Delivery Only)
Refunds are only allowed if the jewelry is received damaged.
Conditions:
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Customer must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging
- Item must not be worn or used
- Once the issue is verified and approved, a full refund or replacement will be processed
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
The following are not eligible for exchange or refund:
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in color, size, or appearance (natural characteristics of gemstones or screen differences)
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or third-party repairs
- Change of mind after purchase
